Congrats to Melissa Leo!!!!

Hey -

The Oscar nominations were just announced, and Melissa Leo is up for
Best Actress in Frozen River!! I'm a bit surprised, since this was
such a small movie, but her performance was generating a lot of buzz
(she was even mentioned in Entertainment Weekly). She's up against
some tough competition (Angelina Jolie and Meryl Streep amongst
others) but the fact that she got the nomination is really fantastic.

Now I might actually have to watch a bit of the show - the arrivals to
see what she's wearing, and the last 15 mins when they announce the
award.
